Are all pieces exactly the same?

Please note all of our earrings are carefully made with love and are subject to slight variation due to the handmade nature. Variations can include color, design and/or shape. Therefore, no two earrings will be exactly the same. Exact color of earrings may vary from what is shown in the stock photo. Our bracelets can also vary in color due to differences in suppliers.

All handmade items are reviewed against quality standards before shipping out. Ivy and Rose Collective takes pride in their products and will ensure they are up to standard before reaching your hands.

Shipping and Delivery

Does Ivy and Rose Collective ship internationally?

We ship to the Continental United States as well as Hawaii. We do offer international shipping to Canada.

Can I expedite my order?

Right now, only standard (3-4 days) and economy (5-8 days) shipping is offered.

I placed an order. When will I get it?

Ivy and Rose Collective has a processing time 2-3 days for non-custom orders and 5 days for custom orders. Once an order is processed it will then be dropped off at the shipping carrier.

I haven’t received my order yet. What’s the status?

Once an order is placed in "In-transit" status through the shipping carrier, we no longer hold responsibility for that order. You must contact USPS directly for any lost or stolen packages. We are not obligated to replace/refund/provide store credit in the case of lost or stolen packages.

Returns and Refunds

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE. However, if something were to happen to your item during transport or within 7 days of your purchase, damaged earring and bracelet returns will be accepted. A new pair of the same style will be sent your way as soon as we receive the tracking information for the return. For further investigation and quality control purposes, we do ask that you send back the damaged earrings with a return label that provided to you. Ivy and Rose Collective does not issue refunds. ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED. We do not have the obligation to accept order cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been completed.
